Default Hotel suggestions for a family in Sydney

We are planning a family weekend in Sydney for 3 nights and was after hotel suggestions for a family of four. Hotel must have parking available and easy access with a pram for walking to attractions such Darling Harbour, Opera house, harbour bridge, ferry to zoo, ferry to manly or access to public transport to visit these attractions. Thank you in advance for your suggestions

You'd best be looking at any of the apartment chains like Oaks, Meriton etc. and you'll find that many will charge for parking.
The issue will be having the pram. The attractions you're looking at are all very spread out and not walkable within each other especially with a pram so you'd need to drive.
Darling Harbour has a couple of the bigger chains with rooms for 4 like the Ibis and Novotel and lots of places to eat near there. Anywhere near the rocks and harbour bridge is way too steep with a pram with the hotels close by.
Otherwise getting an airbnb and driving is not a bad option either.
The hotels in the city itself (around George St) are all flat but you'd need to catch buses, trains or the monorail to get around. Not ideal with a pram!
