kylez83 I go for my FET at the end of this month. It's been a hard struggle as my AMH level is 1.2, I have had 2 surgeries for Stage 4 endometriosis, fibroids and have done 2 IUI's and 4 ICSI cycles over the space of 4 years. So I am really hoping that my last little frostie is the miracle one! I know what you mean about drinking the herbs, they taste disgusting but I really like drinking them now. I like that I have a routine and I LOVE the acupuncture!!

Hey guys, would you say that the acupuncture helps more or the herbs? Or is it really a combination of the two? I'd love to have both, and I might start off with both, but the costs might be an issue for me long term so I was hoping to pick the one that works better with balancing my hormones and stick with it for a while.

@Sweetbabydreams I'm sorry I couldn't really say which is best but I know that not having my herbs for the last two weeks has made me miss them, despite still having weekly acupuncture. Unless my symptoms I'm having are a result of being pregnant without me knowing yet, but that's probably a long shot lol

My wife had herbs 3 x daily and only had a few acupuncture sessions throughout the 3 months it took to get a bfp.

Perhaps it's a case by case basis and what your body and your imbalance needs. I'd go with whatever the practitioner recommends (within budget)... and if it doesn't cover both, perhaps ask which would be best for your scenario if you can only afford to do one or the other.

I had miscarriage two months ago which made me thinking if there's anything wrong with myself. I'm always having lots of acnes on my cheek and strong PMS. My cycle is always 34-35 days and my bbt is always lower than others. My GP said that I should not be considered PCOS due to few symptoms. I went to a herbist who is around 80-85 years old. He gave me some medicine to take and just after the first week my acnes were gone and my bbt went up. I kept drinking the medicine for about three weeks. Now I'm TTC again and hopefully it can work out this time.
