    Default breast pumps worth it??

I'm considering spending $300 buying a spectra 2 breast pump for my baby due soon.
my first son I had poor supply and quickly mixed fed and ended up on the formula.
this time I don't want to and think a pump would boost supply??

is it worth it to spend the money and buy one or why would u say yes or no.. love to hear what others think.

I don't have the money to blow so will be an investment. even see individual hand or hiring is pricey so may as well just buy.

    thanks

I mix fed my first (low supply) for 10 weeks, then fully formula fed.

My second, is 5 months and was fully breastfed, she just started childcare so now takes breastmilk in a bottle.

I couldn't have done it without my pump keeping my supply up.

If you really want to breastfeed, it's a good idea to look into why you had a low supply. In our case, my first daughter had undiagnosed lip/tongue ties. My second did too but we had hers lasered which improved her feeding, thus improving my supply.

My first was ebf til 5 months then I had a crappy pump to use while at work. Day feeds I gave up when ds was 7 months then stopped at 9 months altogether. I had an over supply

DS2 I hAd an undersupply. C-sec can cause this but not with everyone. I went on motilium and used my crappy pump

Then a couple months ago I discovered spectra on here. Amazing pump I bought the S2 and it's boosted my supply. Honestly I think if I had discovered it I would of stopped BF ds

They ate worth the investment that's for sure even if you mixes feed with boob and a boob bottle
