    Babies like to interrupt or cancel plans. Even after they are born!

    You can do it. You are at least 3cm so are well on your way!

    I found the mere thought of my calmbirth meditations to be annoying during labour; but I did the breathing techniques the entire time. Do whatever works for you. I'm so excited for you!
