Laughing at DH. I had a shocking sleep last night and as a result probably look a bit more pale than normal with the added bonus of the dark circles under my eyes. Apparently the dusting of freckles across my nose and cheeks are really standing out this morning to the point DH said it looks like I've sneezed into a milo tin haha.

My husband and I are both ambulance officers and studying to be paramedics and we STILL called for help when hubby had a panic attack. Don't feel embarrassed. It is always better safe than sorry.

Don't be embarrassed. I bet they were just glad to help you.

Hope you feel much better. Anxiety sucks!

I'm sure a panic attack is preferred over a heart attack.

I feel you though. I've been in a similar situation. I hate how some medical staff make you feel like it was *just* an anxiety attack. Those people are the ones that will end up with blood on their hands because if the people who *just* have anxiety attacks don't get it checked out as if it eye am emergency then one day they will fall victim to a heart attack or stroke thinking it is just another anxiety attack and not worth the embarrassment of getting checked out just in case.

Happy that DD seems to be getting close to the point of being ready to day time toilet train. She's done stuff in the toilet about 8 times (3 poo and 5 pee) over the last 3 days, including some at child care. I'm having trouble finding a block of a few days that we're able to stay at home so I can focus completely on it, but it's going okay for now. Can't wait until we no longer have to change nappies (except the night time and nap ones).

I am loving my new fish tank. It's so nice to sit and watch them moving around, and will only get better as we add more little fishies. Just need to narrow down what I want to add in a week when these have settled in ❤️❤️

Wishing I hadn't suggested home made pizza for tea. The thought of making the bases doesn't excite me, even though it's super easy to do!

I made the same suggestion. I decided to use a broad definition of "home made". We're now waiting for the dominos delivery guy. I'm too tired to even feel bad about it.

Hahahaha if we hadn't splurged and had Pizza Capers earlier in the week I would have done the same thing.
