@Simil I am so so so happy for you! I have been reading along and feeling so much pain for you through your writing, and now I'm feeling so ecstatic for you. Wishing all the best for an incredibly smooth pregnancy

So embarrassed for waisting the paramedics time for an anxiety attack but its better to be safe than sorry I suppose.

Normally I can stop my anxiety but nothing worked and this was an attack like I have never had and at 3am, totally random

Don't be embarrassed hon, it happens all the time. I have heart problems and when my heart would cause me to go to Hospital, the first thing they would ask my DH is if I suffered with panic attacks, as the physical symptoms can be similar.

I'm sorry to hear you have anxiety at the moment, I hope it subsides for you very soon. xx

@Purple Poppy, they'd rather you call for things involving the heart and breathing.

    Hugs. Panic attacks are hard.

Laughing at DH. I had a shocking sleep last night and as a result probably look a bit more pale than normal with the added bonus of the dark circles under my eyes. Apparently the dusting of freckles across my nose and cheeks are really standing out this morning to the point DH said it looks like I've sneezed into a milo tin haha.

My husband and I are both ambulance officers and studying to be paramedics and we STILL called for help when hubby had a panic attack. Don't feel embarrassed. It is always better safe than sorry.
