Wazza bed rest is normally stay in bed except for going to the bathroom. I know... Had 3 weeks of it at 10 - 13 weeks this pregnancy. Definately no table top dancing at the wedding!

Thanks @kylie764 my issue is not sure if I have been assigned bed rest or not. The nurse initially just said take it easy no lifting and resting around the house. Definately wont be dancing on tables lol! Finally got somewhere with medications a nurse has prescribed me 20mg clexane so no messing with needles and sorting doses after chasing all over uk for needles to reduce dose. Now need to see gp for more to keep me going.

@Heyside firstly congratulations lovely. It sounds like you are doing all you can. Lots of water lots of rest and pessaries up the back passage. They sound worse than they are. I understand not wanting to miss out on the wedding. As much bed rest as you can around your events would be my suggestion. Enjoy your holiday and your precious cargo

@skeeter a special shout out and huge hug to you. I honestly don'tknow how you are still going.

    Hi to everyone ❤

Thank you everyone for warm welcomes. I have pretty much decided to do one more round with Monash ivf even though the last one failed. I did still get 5 eggs fertilised so that is a positive. None of mine grew out to blast but they didn't offer me an early transfer at day 3 so I want to speak to them about it in my next appointment.
I am slightly concerned about taking so much sick leave again. Some colleagues were getting a bit tired of my time off. I work as a health prof and pretty much in the small town I live in,no one else can replace me so I basically give everyone the absolute sh&&# when I take time off. Also I can't say it's ivf as I know they would not be supportive overall and I don't want them knowing my business.
On another note, I have come to like the idea of having an egg donor and doing that in Greece if this fails again. DH is not keen though and I don't want to be pushy. But I am thinking about that more and more. Poor old DH has had a bit of a mental breakdown this week, partly due to work (he is a health prof in our town as well and has had some sad cases lately) and maybe due to my moods and this whole journey. I feel this next round I may have to look after him a bit better. Anyway I do waffle on, what a load of ramblings. Hope everyone is having a great week. Xxxx

Well I survived the wedding although it was hard resting with everyone dragging me up to dance and my back was in two after all the standing. I got a little emotional when DH left me to go and socialise whilst I was left at the table looking very unsociable but I put that down to me being emotional rather than over the top and selfish haha! I didn't get many questions on not drinking so a success in all and I suppose they can think what they want.
