@Heyside wow! How thrilling and scary at the same time. Congrats on the twins!!!

I hope the bleeding settles soon. So scary being in another country where you can't access your normal treatments etc. I hope Wazza can help. I never thought I'd do the pessaries the "other way" but had to last cycle and it was fine. In fact I got my best progesterone levels taking them that way and no mess. So if you need to, give it a try.

@Heyside Well Fruck me Luv!!! You got "Double Trouble" on your hands!!! Congrats!!! 👏👏👍👍👍❤❤❤

I reckon backdooring the pessaries are a good idea Luv as unpalatable as an idea as it sounds...it's prob the way to go just until you get this bleeding under control.

Speaking of which...the clexane will be making it seem worse than what it's likely to be being a blood thinner so hopefully cutting that right back will help. Rest up as much as you can ok?? No doubt it's just one of the bubs burrowing in and making him/hersellf more at home (they couldn't see an SCH could they when they when you had your scan?? Lets hope it stays that way!!)

    No more overdoing things!!! xoxo

Thanks @nattie84, yes we put back 2 embies one blast and one morala after transfering over 14 embies though with no result we weren't expecting this outcome. Looks like the ovarian drilling made a difference.

Its my brother's wedding @calypso75 so hard to miss I wouldn't be here at all if it wasn't for this. We have a room booked at the venue to might be resting there lots. People are so going to pick up something is wrong though.

Thanks @Flower78 yes its all very scary at the moment the system is so different and after everything I have been through I feel I need the extra care Warren gives. Yes thank goodness the pessaries weren't too bad.

@BIB - Thanks hun, yes pessaries not too bad thank god. Definately won't be over doing things from here have learnt that lesson, no obvious reason for the bleed found but as the nurse said it has to coming from somewhere. Yes hopefully cutting back the clexane will help.
@midnite01 - Good idea hun but getting any meds over here is proving difficult.

The email from the nurse this morning has me reducing the clexane stopping asprin, feldene and fish oil. The nurse last night said to do no lifting and rest up as much as possible but via email today refered to it as bed rest so not sure how much to limit myself. I have the family wedding tomorrow and a few family meals planned wondering if thats ok resting as much whilst there.
