Yephad a lot of tests all which came back normal. The only thing that was nevertested were the embryos, really wished I'd pushed for that. My NK cells were"high-ish" so I'm on 20mg predisalone and 60mg clexane and I had anintrallipid infusion a week before transfer.
Ihave a pgd normal on board.
Mythyroid was a bit low so I'm on thyroxine and also on progesterone injections aswell as pessaries.

Solots of things are different to last time I was pregnant, hopefully one of theabove strategies will stop whatever is making me miscarry?

IfI do miscarry again I am going to make an appointment with Dr. M and I also havea Wazza appointment in august.

Warning ;-) This is a ****** of consciousness post, scroll past it if you want, sorry for using up so much space again and thank you for indulging me so i can write stuff out and in doing so, figure stuff out in my head. @BlondeinBrisvegas thanks for everything you do xox Yeah, im reading over my post and thinking on the 1 hand i could be using the wrong eggs n sperm and next time maybe changing both the eggs and sperm will make a difference and even if it did it could still take a few goes? Or i could look at like ive transferred 10 embies all up, but all different grades and days so its hard to kinda "add" them together coz they are apples n oranges. 1st cycle i had 8 eggs, 7 fertilise and 3 blasties, 2 good enough for freezing. Fresh and my first frozen transfer of good looking blasties=bfns. 3rd frostie didnt thaw. Then my next 3 ivfs were crap, only 3-4 eggs, only 1-2 average-poor embies left on day 2-3. Like i stopped responding well to the stim meds after my 1st cycle, so they figured with the stage 4 endo, poor response, not many eggs, and the embryos not developing that my eggs weren't worth using. But then, i could think like ive transferred 4 good looking blasties, 2 with my eggs, 2 with donor eggs. So thats not that many good transfers really? It just gets crazy hard to like, make a judgement/assessment about how bad things really are, whether this is all getting ridiculous and obviously there is something terribly wrong OR have i just been using the wrong comination of ingredients every time previously and just need to get the right ingredients and try with them 2-3 times, same as everyone pretty much does?
So, i guess in writing this all out, ive kinda realised, to answer these worries, im just gonna have to try full donor embies next, with more immune stuff if needs be. And then do that another time. And one more? So try 3 lots of x2 blastocytes from donor eggs and sperm? And if that doesnt work then I'll worry about that when it happens. Thats a lotta stuff to work on and is gonna cost a lot and take ages. So I'll just break off the first bit.
All i actually have to worry about is: call dr m, have appointment, blood test, hemorrhage $$$, find out problems, if problems do what he says, pay more $$$
Call dr.n, see what he says, ask about donor embies, go to athens again, use super $$$, 2 week wait, get baby or wonder if i was just unlucky. (Repeat as above when ever you can afford to) l
Lucky you are 36 so you have 10 years to keep working on it. Remember the 2ww is actually the worst part by far and thats only 2 weeks in the grand scheme of things.)
I guess, i will just have to keep trying but will have to pace it based on finances. And thats all that can be done.
Cant believe ive just decided I'll try this 3 more times over the next few years, if im able to do it. I probably, actually, no, i know i can and will if i want to. And if i decide i dont want to anymore at any stage, then i dont have to. I am gonna get picked up by customs for regularly going to europe for less than 48hrs carrying lots of drugs.

@gorgeousgeorge use as much space as you need! Seems like you just worked out your plan of attack by writing it out PLUS you did it with a sense of humor.
You are a true warrior woman.

@skeeter I didn't realise you were doing this on your own. That has to be extra tough. I know exactly where your head space is. You want to be pregnant again right away. You think if I am pregnant by my due date, it will be ok. Then it doesn't happen and you feel like you can't breath or move on. My initial thought was to go this month with your next frosty but maybe take a month off and just give your lining another chance to recover. Was this a natural cycle?

@gorgeousgeorge I love your style. You truly are a knock down 5 times get up 6 kind of person. As you have stage 4 endo a consult with Dr M may be a good idea. I know when I filled out his questionnaire, endo was one of the first things on the list he was asking about. Also maybe see if you can have a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy before you go back to Athens. Getting in there and clearing out the cobwebs so to speak can do wonders.
