@wildrose never heard of Bemfola... and God knows I've been on a lot of different things.

I just googled it and it seems that it's similar to Gonal F, but is a cheaper alternative.

@wildrose I was on Bemfola for my stim cycle. It was brand new when I went on it, they didn't even have a sample to show me how to inject (but that was ok, as it's a pen). My FS said it was getting better results with regards to not bringing on hyper stimulation.

@infinity888 I am fairly irritated in that area from the pessaries, and all this talk of glue is making me squirm. What's that you say, I started the subject off?

@LillyM I will type up the list and post in a minute. I understand the less is more thought... some days I feel sick stuffing them in. But I will keep doing it just in case it was one of them that did it. Something changed, who knows what?

@Wild Rose I started with Wazza's list and then just kept adding to it after each failed cycle. I must have the most expensive urine in Australia! My FS also had no ideas for me, and didn't seem too enthused by my suggestions. So I did what I could myself...

@silvia maria I replied to your other thread. I hope you get good news from your test results, it is hard...

In other news, I am constantly trying to decide whether to POAS. It's so early, but I like to prepare myself on a weekend. I've had too many disappointments which make it hard to get through the day at work. I know, everyone else POAS and when you get positives then I know it's not too early for me. @Spazzyp @gorgeousgeorge

Omg @skeeter I was just lying here on the couch wrestling with the same thing! And I thought, it's ok as soon as skeeter and @gorgeousgeorge POAS, then that's when I'll do it!

    Supplements List

    COQ10 - 300mg twice a day
    Selinium - 150mg once a day
    Elevit - once a day
    Zinc - 30mg once a day
Curcumin - can't remember the dosage twice a day (this is to help with my endo, I read it can affect the eggs)
    ALA - 300g once a day
    Vitamin E - 1000mg a day
    Aspirin - 100mg once a day
    Propolis - 500mg once a day
Royal Jelly - 3 500mg tablets a day, two in the morning, one at night
    L'Arginine - 1/2 teaspoon a day
    L'Cartinine - 3/4 teaspoon a day
    Inositol - 1 teaspoon a day
Protein shake each day (My diet is restricted so I have to supplement this)

The only thing I heard of and didn't try was melatonin, as I heard it could affect your cycle.

In addition to these, I also take clexane, prednisolone, opipro pessaries and progynova (frozen cycle). For my last stim cycle I was on DHEA (also for my disaster cycle).

I was taking most of these before my last cycle - the changes I made for that cycle was adding L'Arginine, L'Cartinine, Inositol, Royal Jelly, Propolis, Curcurmine and ALA, and I upped my COQ10 from 150mg twice a day to 300mg. I don't know if any of these help me, but I do believe the Royal Jelly has something to do with it.

I have bruises all over my belly from clexane. Last FET I got no bruising at all. The dose was upped from 40 to 60, that's the only thing different, wonder if that is causing the bruises? They are actually more ouchy than the progesterone muscle injections!
And I hear you on the irritated hoo ha thanks to the pessaries @skeeter
Geez I am so attractive right now!
    Farken better be worth it!

To POAS or not to POAS???? That is the question!!!

I can tell you Lovelies...provided none of you are taking Pregnyl Booster shots, I have seen other Girls here on the thread (including our POAS Queen herself @Blossom74) get 2 lines on a FRER at 10dpo/11dpo or 5dpt5dt/6dpt5dt or 7dpt3dt/8dpt3dt. @JulieMalooley got one that early too if memory serves!!!!

That is bloody early I might add!!! And if you were lucky to get one that earlyit would most likely only be a squinter on the stick Most Girls seem to get there BFFP's in my observations at 12dpo...11dpo if they're super, duper lucky. Mainly from 12dpo from what I've seen.

I was on the bloody Pregnyl Boosters so had to wait to test FFS's!!! hence I couldn't test early!!! Anyhoo...you could start testing from 10dpo and keep on going from there if you wanted to (as long as you keep in mind if you do get a BFFN, it doesn't mean you're out!! I wouldn't start worrying about that until 14dpo myself personally).
