@Heyside I have missed the support definitely. This will be my 3rd frozen cycle, my others I was always on 3 progynova a day, this time only 2. The cycle I am comparing my lining to was my last one, which was fresh. The clinic called and upped me to 4 progynova, I am wondering whether to take one vaginally? Scan again Wednesday, which seems long but I guess they don't expect a difference until then.

@skeeter i wouldn't start crinone early but i dont think it would hurt to throw a few progynova a day up the woo ha. Lol as far as supps go im not sure i think things like fish oil baby aspirin and clexane all increase blood flow. Im no expert though hun these ladies here will help you more than me.

@Heyside work are ok but cant do much more than they already are. They cant pay me what im not entitled to. Lotto win massive huge lotto win thats what i need. Lol

@skeeter personally taking the progynova vaginally makes all the difference for me, maybe ask your clinic to do the same it can't hurt. Hopefully you see a big improvement on Wednesday, definitely dont take any crinone though as soon as you start that the lining will change and compact itself ready for implantation.

Oh we could all do with a lotto win @infinity888, I keep ringing the cash cow on sunrise in a hope my luck will come in and pay for my ivf debt πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Thanks ladies... Okay, no crinone. I am already on fish oil and aspirin, and am supposed to start clexane a couple of days before transfer. Hmm, now to decide whether to put the fourth one up there, or take the four as directed and put a fifth up there. I do have plenty of it... taking extra can't hurt? I've never entered cash cow, but I do buy lotto. I could do with some money...

Sorry your lining isn't playing ball @skeeter. I had lining issues after my DS was born, no idea why as I never got an infection or anything. Vitamin E 1000u per day and drinking raspberry leaf tea helped it a bit, as did accupuncture. I never responded to Progynova, don't know why but it just didn't work for me. I did hear vaginally was better so I'd try that.

Definitely don't take Crinone early. It changes your lining to get ready for implantation, to simulate ovulation. If you take it early the lining will be out of sync.

@Flower78 I wondered if it was related in some way to being pregnant. It's so annoying that I have never ever had a thin lining ever. Already on vit E, but I am going up the shop now for pomegranate juice and raspberry tea. I am upping my COQ10 to 800mg and will use the heat bag each night on my stomach. Gotta love google Considering the fertility yoga but not sure how that'll work...

@infinity888 with a doctor certificate companies have to put you on light duties... but there have to be light duties available. Is it possible to do your work from home? Income protection will be a 90 day wait. Fx for you.
@skeeter this is my first FET and I'm having lining issues too. It was 5.4 on Tuesday which was CD12 and so my progynova got upped to 6 tabs a day... I'm now considering putting one up the hoo ha too! I'm also on Viagra pessaries. I'm going to send DP to,the shops for some raspberry leaf tea!

I see the most amazing Chinese medicine woman who also has me doing nightly meditations (put your tongue on the roof of your mouth, breath in and out and just concentrate on your uterus and feel what's going on in there. Imagine warmth there. It's supposed to help blood flow!?

I gotta say, I feel like poo. Tired, swollen and my brain is so foggy. Next scan is on Tuesday so really hoping it has thickened up.

@Spazzyp I managed to get raspberry leaf tablets... one less yukky thing to drink is alright with me. FYI pomegranate juice is gross. And I washed it down with my protein shake and powdered supplements because I always forget them on weekends. I think I will start putting my nightly proggy up there, but undecided on still taking four orally or not. I just had myself convinced that if only my frozen ones are as perfect as my twinnies were, then my super lining would suck them in like jelly... but my super lining is now stoopid lining. It's like the universe said 'let's kick her while she's down and give her a new problem.'. Stoopid universe...
