@BlondeinBrisvegas what a bloody relief! I know how hard you've been working to get this over the line and have your DD receive the support she needs.....
    A mother knows!!!!!
Hopefully new doors will open and you can draw a line under this and move forward!

Yay to the heartbeat @emski72! Hope the cervix measurement was out and it's all good next time. I got a high risk OB and he was soooo much better than my original one who shrugged everything off. It's reassuring when you trust that they are taking things seriously.
@Heyside fingerscrossed for a nice thin lining! It was a disappointment that the first test was painful after all DPs fears...haven't seen FS yet as it was done at the women's imaging place. We will ask when we finally get our appointment in a month!

They just want to monitor me next pregnancy and only stitch if very necessary, even with my history. If there is any change whatsoever I'll be camped there until it's done. Too many people have had a rescue stitch too late for my liking, when a preventative could have saved their little one...

@skeeter - Good on you fir fighting for what you need although its unfortunate we have to do that.
@MysticFalls - Great you finally got the form signed and someone saw sense. Did you let them know what the other GP said?

My appointment went fine today although I am not ready yet and have to go back Saturday for a rescan as lining is too thick, story of my life lol, its too thin when it should be thick and vice versa. See @LillyM I told you so 😂, how are you going now anyway hun?

@Heyside damn lining! Hope you're good to go tomorrow, it's so frustrating when things get delayed!

All good here, although I've been dealing with those terrible migraines but they seem to get weaker over time thx God...
Had my scan this morning which showed 6 growing decent follies, different sizes though, and 2 smaller which are a maybe at this stage.
Not impressed with those results considering the massive dosages of drugs I am on (the max really) but it seems that it's the best my body can do so we gonna have to play with what we have.

Now waiting for Charlotte's verdict this afternoon to get to know when we have to go to Brisbane and organise ourselves.

Also I haven't called yet for surgery cost etc. and I remember reading here that we should ask for several quotes or something?
This is my first cycle with QFG so I'm not familiar with the best practices there

@LillyM - I expected thst result Warren has said if I need another cycle I need to tell the nurses I shouldn't come in next time until day 4. Sorry to here your migraines are bad, are those meds helping to ease it? Hope things come together with those follies hun and the little ones cstch up. In regards to the surgery costs do you mean the issue I had at my last op with the anesthetist trying to charge a fortune for the procedure? Unfortunately for an egg pick up you might not have much choice as it will have to be done on a certain day where as I changed the day of my op to get a more affordable anesthetist. Hope you are lucky hun, so when will pick up be or is that what you are waiting to hear today?

@Heyside yes that's right, I remember now it was all about the anesthetist!
I'm waiting to hear about day of surgery yes, and then organise everything in the rush since I'm from Sydney.

Mersyndol did help for the migraines, but I had to take 2 at a time and the effect wares off eventually and the pain wakes me up... not the best way to start the day!
But it's getting better, looks like the body is adapting.

I'll have my fingers crossed for you tomorrow! xx

The known egg donor program is not going ahead as we speak because the visas are not being approved. means go to malaysia or have one child or try harder to find a local donor.

I have one child and dearly wanted a sibling. But i feel so guttered for those hoping for number one. And also for those who like me were wanting this option because of our fear of flying. I really really feel for you.
