Hi, all good so far, scan showed a heartbeat of 117 on Monday. Dealing with a short cervix though apparently so I've switched over to a high risk OB for peace of mind. First appointment isn't for a couple of weeks though so back to waiting for now

@emski72 don't let them muck you around with monitoring your cervix, okay? Some doctors are very much wait and see what happens...

No I won't I intend on being very pro-active which is why I switched. My old OB was very low intervention... it was already stressing me out so I switched. I'm wanting the stitch done ASAP if it's still short.

Yay!!! for a good, strong heartbeat Luv & Boo!! to the short cervix!!! πŸ˜¦πŸ‘Ž

Good idea switching over to the High Risk OB for more peace of mind. I suspect he/she will keep a closer eye on your cervix via regular monitoring of it through scans & such??

I know I was at risk of it myself due to previous Gynae surgery & Wazza said to tell them at the hospy to monitor more regularly (had a sh!tfight with OB up there ensure it did but I got my way in the endπŸ˜‚)

Fingers crossed it stays put where it is now Luv xoxo

@Flower78 - oh sorry to hear your DP's scan hurt and she suffered bleeding - talk about scaring her off when she was cautious about all this anyway. Did your fs offer any reason as to why?

Oh @Power child I hate the cost these specialists charge that was how I felt at the endocrinologist and that's the reason I refuse to see a gastroentrologist in regards my celiac gene I am not jumping into anything any more.

Thanks @Spazzyp, yes its nice to enjoy a month or so away from the ivf stuff. Its awful looking at everything from this point with it all infront of us so daunting but I suppose once we get started all will be good. Definately good to have support on here.
@BlondeinBrisvegas - oh hun sounds like its been full on but good on you for fighting for your DD, your a good mum getting her all the support possible. I know you have been chasing this diagnosis dor a while and now she formally has it hopefully some help can be put in place. Thanks for still supporting us all hun when you have enough stress going on we love your likes hun and know you are here for us xxxx
@emski - Good to here they are keeping a close eye on your with the short cervix l, @skeeter is right though keep on at them for close observation.

First scan for me tomorrow will see if lining is thin enough to get started again!
