Are any of you ladies on the normal coq 10? I have been taking ubiquinol but it is just getting too expensive. I have been reading about mitochondria and coq 10 and am wondering if I can just do the normal one at 600 a day? I have currently been doing ubiquinol at 300 a day (sometimes 150 a day when trying to help the budget)

    Thanks for any advice.

@Wild Rose - Warren has told me to take 200-400mg of Coq10 but he has never specified it to be ubiquinol. I know lots of women talk about using the ubiquinol variety on these threads but I have never changed it so will be interested to read the replys you get. I take 300mg of the normal chemist variety.

Thanks Heyside. I am not sure why I went the ubiquinol route. If Wazza is ok with coq 10 then I guess I should be fine on it.

@Wild Rose I take normal COQ10 600mg a day. 2 x 150mg morning and night. I read that if you took that one you should take a higher dose. I think it helped my eggs...
