Default Help! What to make for morning tea

I have to take a plate for morning tea at work

We already have brownies, cupcakes, quiches, sausage rolls and zucchini slice on the list.

I was thinking perhaps a sweet slice. Maybe something lemony but I am open to any ideas.

It has to be simple to make and easily transportable on the bus to work.

    Thank you

A fruit platter? Just chop it all up and put in a Tupperware container and assemble at work.
Or nice biccies? This recipe is yum:

Yesterday I made these apricot and coconut balls they're easy, yummy and easy to transport. http://onehandedcooks.com.au/recipe/...-muesli-balls/
Otherwise carrot cake with lemon cream cheese icing or banana bread would go nicely with what's already on the list.

Mini caramel cup's - the ones where you use butternut snaps as the base, and either top and fill or your own caramel made of condensed milk as the middle with a bit of whipped cream on top?

Apple Bites- kind of like little apple biscuits, but softer (ask for recipe and I'll type it up for you, I can't link to the website because it's been bought out by an opposition of BubHub and has affiliate links all over the page now!)

    Scones with jam and cream

    Pikelets

Healthy Blueberry Bread (easy- again ask if you would like recipe)

    Hummingbird Cake

Cheese platter or anti pasto platter for all those who prefer savoury over sweet.
