    Beautiful Bubba @lotsathoughts!!
@mish239 so exciting to have a date for bub's arrival!! Just remember they might still arrive early!
@Endo85 wow thats a big jump in due dates, I always measured headed but they never changed my due date. Me personally would wait for the official scan snd NT results, but if your happy and confident with the 11 week go for it hun!

Great News @bubbletrouble! I was at ultrasound north around 2pm might have seen you

    AFM 6 weeks
Told the nurses of my pain and they got me un for a scan to check location. We have a lovely little blob with a HB of 108 in the right spot so super relieved.

@Endo85 great to hear your scan went well. As far as telling people, its completely a personal decision. It's not like your 12 week date rolls around and exactly on that day all is now fine. It's purely an estimate based on statistics. So if you would like to share your news at that point, you go ahead and do so! Some people like to wait to hear the results of their NT scan, others just like to know they've passed the point where mc chances are statistically higher and of course there are heaps of people who don't wait to tell at all. It's completely up to you! ☺

Awesome news @Wishnhope! My appt was at 2:30pm so might have just missed you. Did they find any cause for the pain you've been feeling?

Has anyone else been put on endless supplements? I'm currently on Elevit and Iron tabs and the nurse just called to say I now also have to start on Vita D (5 a day) and Caltrate . It's going to look like a bloody Pharmacy in here... a bankrupt one!

Hey @cag14 great to see you I did say today how soon do I get bubs after the c section and he said as long as all is well they take bubs and wrap him/her and then bring them to me. They said they need to wrap first otherwise they get to cold in the op theatre! I'm so excited.
I know bubs might decide to come earlier but happy knowing we have a plan and I can work to that

@ mish239 yeah for me my little one has cord cut by dad, was wrapped then given to me which was lovely. I had to have a c section it was planned but she came early so had an emergency c section in the end. Which was hard as I wasn't prepared but once she was out it didn't matter

@mish239 they do wrap bub since the theatre is cold to hamper the growth of bacteria. With my DD they got me breastfeeding as soon as I was in recovery, so I could unwrap her a bit with my body and a blanket on top keeping her warm. It's not necessarily the instant skin to skin you might get in other birthing scenarios but I still found it enjoyable and don't feel I missed out.
