    You definitely have a prolapse (bulging) it's to what degree it will be, but rest assured even if you wanted to have surgery, it wouldn't be soon anyway.

    Surgery options are usually a sling or worse case scenario a hysterectomy. I told them I wanted to so everything in my power to avoid surgery or at least prolong, so I have prolapse physio and the pessary. They offered me Ovestrin cream (that can help a lot) but I didn't want the risk of cancer.

    Yeah someone else suggested the physio too so will definitely ask about that.
    I made the mistake of googling pictures to try work out how severe it is not a good idea

    I think I've got one (also two big babies, 4.5kg & 4.2kg). Once DD goes to school I'm going to go get it checked out, along with the rectal prolapse . If I could go back in time I would've had two caesareans. I hate having these issues
