So a very up and down day for me that's for sure!!

Starting with the moving...conveniently the removalists we had booked called in "sick" after Australia Day so we have spent all day waiting to see if the other crew would get to us. But nope. They're coming tomorrow now which means DP is back at work and I have other things to do and we are half in one house and half in the other not happy!!

Then the appointment with FS...we found my left ovary yay haha! Left has a 15mm follicle and the right has a 14mm one! So I'm happy with that bad news is im going to O on Sunday which means we can't get the washing done for IUI and just have to hope the "normal" way works feel a bit upset about that after going through all the injections and everything and knowing DP has a low count and motility! And with the move and everything it'll be hard to get the BD done frequently if at all!! So feeling like it was a bit of a waste! But we will just keep everything crossed!!

FS again early Monday to see what has happened and DP may have to go give a sample for washing then...

    Sorry for the novel!!

@Mad89 oh wow what a full on day! Great news about your ovaries and having follicle growth on both sides though. I only had it on my right this cycle. Did fs say anything about not bd'ing for 3 days before o day or IUI? We were told that but not sure if everyone is different? I thought it was to build up the sperm? It's not a waste as you have seen that the drugs are working and your body is responding, which is great. But I know it's still a let down as it's not what you were hoping / expecting. Infertility is such a full on and emotional journey with so much loss of control. I feel for you chicky xo

@kylez83 if we were doing IUI still then he said he could hold off for 1-2 days but that it wasn't that important because the washing gets the best ones anyway! But now that it's likely to not happen as IUI we just have to go about it like we both don't have fertility problems!! I felt really positive about doing the IUI and now feel like there's no point putting too much effort in, if we could conceive naturally we wouldn't be going through treatment!! I only have another 2 months before the specialist retires and then I don't know what will happen!!

Fx some miracle happens this weekend 🤞🏽

@shmish they gave me a hcg shot and told me I would ovulate the next day so maybe it was similar for @Mad89?

No hcg shot for me @shmish and @kylez83 but I'll be CD16 and that's always the day I ovulate with letrozole so I think he's just banking on that and also why I'm having the early appt on Monday morning in case it's late by a day!

Another day of moving today, 5:40am here and about to start the whole process again
