    So, Obamacare stays. Trump couldnot be bothered fighting. Which says a lot. Seeming as Obama fought so hard for better healthcare.

    Really? Phew - last I heard they were dismantling it bit by bit, so if they are going to leave it, that's good news.

    A lot of Republicans did not agree with the changes.

    Trump blamed the Democrats though.

    The thing is if he really believed in something he would fight harder for it. But he prefers to just pull out so he can 'save face' and not lose.

    Like healthcare. He preferred to pull put and blame the Democrats rather than it be seen that his own party does not back him.

    Default Donald Trump / American Politics (renamed)

    That's not exactly what happened. The bill got pulled and no vote was held at all because Congress realized they didn't have enough votes, from democrats or republicans, because a ****, **** bill.

    ETA: its a massive defeat for the whole Republican Party, and Trump of course, but I think Paul Ryan the most.
