    Default I can't cook-cooking/baking fails

As I sit here eating my potatobake "soup" I'm hoping I'm not the only one that has dishes that no matter what, you just can't succeed at.

Mine are potatobake, roast and fudge.

I once made scones that were hard as rocks, not even the chooks would eat them. Haven't attempted them again.

My potato bake is like a warm potato salad - so much easier!
As for fudge, a really simple (though not traditional) one: 1/2 melted chocolate, 1/2 condensed milk. That's it.

I'm terrible at cooking steak. We don't eat meat much, but I do love a good steak. Mine seem to go from raw to burnt pretty quickly. I'm sure there's more.
