I'm an iced latte addict but I've started replacing it with raspberry leaf tea (good for the uterus apparently) and green tea to keep me awake.

I treat myself to coffee maybe once a week.

I'm very addicted to energy drinks. I work split shifts most days with admin in between so it helps keeps me functioning. Started by pouring half the can into a cup so I can spread it out over the day (to avoid withdrawals). Not doing too badly. I've been off them before. I keep going back. Genuinely like them! It'll be worth it if it helps me get pregnant faster

I have to have my morning coffee! But I avoid coffee and Coke Zero for the rest of the day. It's hard during the busy weeks though!

@skydancer I totally agree it is difficult to let go. I have managed to cut down to I espresso in the morning, and I carry a water bottle (one that goes through the dishwasher) that holds at least a litre and try and aim to finish at least once. Frozen raspberries make it in sometimes when I get sick of plain water, or fizz it a bit with sodastrm. My latest is to infuse a herbal tea overnight into the bottle - if I don't vary it I start getting sick of plain water and gravitate back to coffee......

I used to drink so much v and red bull all due to the flavour. It never gave me energy. In fact I would wake up in the middle of the night thirsty and have a drink and go back to sleep!

Now that I have stopped drinking them (and don't drink coffee) I get heart palpitations when I have a little bit. But I really miss the flavour!

I have replaced it with water and drink about 2l a day using drink bottles (I have matching ones at both work and home so it's easy to get into a habit). Luckily I love a fresh cold water

They definitely don't keep me awake. I can fall asleep immediately after drinking one. Mostly about the taste for sure. I mostly have Monster. The white one.

My palpitations are significantly worse without caffeine (I have an arrhythmia). I end up awake all night with mental palpitations and a migraine the next day if I don't have caffeine and have too much water. Sounds so backwards, hey?

Sounds like you've done a great job!! I think I can have about 1.2l per day before my heart starts playing funny buggers!

My husband has put a time limit on our TTC journey this time. He is only willing to try until my birthday in October. Way to stress me out!
Have you tried clomid? It regulates your cycle, makes predicting O a lot easier, and even if you ovulate, it can help with egg quality.

Is that something the GP can prescribe?
