    Default Cauliflower Pizza Base

    Does anyone have a fail safe cauliflower pizza base recipe they use? I have tried making them before and have only succeeded in making a mess. So any shared recipes would be greatly appreciated

    I don't have a recipe but how are you draining the liquid out of the cauliflower? I usually use a potato ricer with the fine mesh screen on it to really squeeze out liquid from cauli/broccoli/zucchini etc it works really well.
    You could also try using muslin cloth to wring out the moisture and that might help make a more solid base?

    The recipe I use is as follows;
    1/2 cauliflower
    2 cups cheese (cheese holds it together)
    2 egg whites
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 salt

    I blend everything in a food processor, bake on baking paper in the oven for 15 minutes.

    I also make a nice cheese pizza base too if you would like the recipe?

    Default Cauliflower Pizza Base

    For my cheese pizza I don't usually measure, just more make it fit the tray but these are roughly what I use.
    Line a tray with baking paper. On top of it add;
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    1 cup grated Parmesan
    Sprinkle a tablespoon of psyllium husk powder over the cheese (not necessary if you don't want).
    Then add your ingredients on top. I usually use some cabana, shredded chicken and cream cheese OR olives, sundried tomatoes and feta. You can mix it up.
    Bake on 180-200 until cheese base ends are crispy.
    My girls love this for school lunches.
