I'm just grabbed one of my kid's blue books...at 5 they were 15.7kg and 102.5cm. As a teenager they are now on the 25th percentile for weight, and 75th percentile for height...pretty similar to what I would be if I was on a chart I imagine. Try not to worry.

I'm always a little wary of when they are super small compared to their peers. But I have a cousin who ended up on hormones for most of his childhood as he wasn't growing correctly. It was very obvious when there was a 2 year gap to his younger brother and they were the same size at 3/5. You wouldn't know a thing to see him now as a 20 something young man though.

It could of course be nothing and likely is but it won't hurt to discuss with a dr. If there's a family history of your older child being smaller then prob nothing to be concerned about.

If your DS is generally well/healthy, eats pretty well and is hitting developmental milestones I wouldn't worry. Esp if DH is on the smaller side, it must be just genetic. Try not to worry!
