Well I don't eat meat so have a few ideas for you! I also substitute fish or prawns for a lot of typical chicken and meat recipes:

Salmon tacos ( or any fish)
    Prawn Penang curry
    Falafel wraps
    Sword fish and haloumi kebabs
    Ricotta and spinach lasagna
    Salmon Caesar salad
    Salmon noodle salad
    Feta, spinach and chili pizza
    Prawn San chow bow
    Panko crumbed flat head fillets
    Honey king prawns
    Veggie stir fry
Roasted blue eye cod with tomato and lemon
Baked salmon with lime and chill
    Baked miso marinated cod
    Teriyaki salmon
    Snapper in lemon butter
    Macadamia crusted barramundi
    Fish burgers
    Crab burgers
    Lentil burgers
    Crab and cherry tomato pasta
    Vegetarian nachos
Stir fry ginger and shallot prawns
    BBQ octopus
BBQ king prawns in garlic butter
    Tomato and basil tarts
    Veggie quiche
    Salmon quiche
    Veggie frittata
    Salmon Wellington

I'm the only vegetarian in my house so I try to make meals where I can add in the meat at the last minute to save making multiple meals. So you could go meat free a couple of nights per week and still appease the FIL.

Spaghetti bolgnaise - I make a tomato sauce from scratch and then separate sauce for myself before adding the browned mince. When serving I top mine with fresh basil or baby spinach to wilt through

Fried rice. I have more vegetables than rice. I add either browned bacon, poached chicken, marinated beef bulgogi or spicy chorizo at the very end.

Any stir fry you can just do the meat in a separate pan and then put on it top once you've served.

Roast meat and vegetables. I make a huge lot of roast vegetables. Then have them as a warm salad with baby spinach, lettuce, tomato, cucumber etc... the next night I make pizza with the leftovers - roast veg pizza is super yummy and dh has left over roast meat in his.

Felafel wraps or salad we have at least twice a week. Homemade felafel are so good and the mix is always better the second day.

    Hey everyone!

I'm in the middle of developing an app to make our lives easier to share meal inspiration with one another, create weekly meal plans, count calories and create grocery lists.

I'd be so grateful if some of you ladies could take the time to complete a short survey I've created. I'd love to create a product that makes your life easier, and the first step is to understand how you organise your meals and learn more about what you want in a product.

I'll add the survey to the bottom if you're interested. Thanks so much in advance, you're all the inspiration behind me developing this xx
