    Hun have you worked through what caused you to self harm in the first place?

    Until you work through that there will be no movement forward.

    It's a chaotic place to be but you can do it!!!!!

    Unfortunately not. I won't post here what the root of the issue that triggered the mental illness is due but I need help to work through it and in a frustrating circle those who specialise in treating the root cause won't because of the severity of the self harm but the self harm won't stop until I do work through it. And in the meantime I am stuck is this self harming suicidal hellhole.

    Glad to read that you have managed to work through it. Gives hope that one day something may change
