    24 and 40.

My parents were surprised/shocked. Inlaws didn't approve. I really don't know what they expect considering we are married and at the time had been together for 5 years. Other relatives, friends and work colleages all approved.

27 and 29 I will be 28 when my current baby is born. Our first. It is the first is our group if friends but they are all super supportive. Both families were so excited we have been married for 4 years together for nearly 10 years own our house and have good stable jobs. Traveled extensively, both mums cried they were so happy. But you can never please every one you can only do what is right for you.

Why would you tell them you were TTC'ing? From your other thread I think you are 21 and looking at TTC'ing in 2-3 years? I don't see why a parent would get any type of vote in their 23-24 year old child TTC'ing?

Is there a good reason why your parents don't like your partner? Or do you think they would have a problem with any man you were with?Any reason why you are thinking of TTC'ing so far in advance?

33 and 34. Parents had no idea we were TTC'ing although it probably wouldn't have come as a surprise. I have no idea if anyone had a problem with us conceiving - if they did they know better than letting that on.

I was 38 when I had my first bub. I am having number 2 now and will be 41 when bub arrives. I have travelled extensively and have a great career.. But starting so late has meant that number 2 has been very difficult to make happen. Should have probably started 2 years earlier in hindsight!

Was 29 when I conceived my first and will be 30 when Bub arrives in 6 months time (DH will be 32). We were going to TTC after we got married anyway but it happened a bit sooner than we thought and I was just over 6 weeks pregnant when I walked down the aisle. We've been together for 2 years now and we and our families couldn't be happier
