Default Please help us to complete our family

My husband and I are looking for a kind compassionate donor who can make our dream a reality. We are in need of a donor to help us bring a child into this world and complete our family. With your help we can provide a loving home for a child to grow and flourish into a kind hearted individual. As a couple, we have been together for close to 15 years and happily married for 8 years. It would mean so much to us to be able to share our lives with a child and raise our own family. I believe we can provide a child with a gift of life and a wonderful home where they will be respected and cherished above all else. We both come from loving and supportive families and will provide a child with a caring, stable home, a good education and a happy upbringing. If you are under 35 years of age and willing to help us, please respond.

Well funny you mentioned this... we just had another lovely potential egg donor decline last week. Which is totally fine as it is a big step for anyone to even think about... but it has left us contemplating going overseas, again. We have had huge reservations about going overseas due to the money, but if I can access my Super then it may be a good option. We will probably look at surrogacy options as I am now 47 and don't want to chance doing IVF overseas and having complications. My husband still wants to use his own sperm as he is only 40 years old. Gosh so much to think about!

Can I ask why over 35? Is it just due to complications?

@lthom1 doing a de cycle overseas isn't a problem and you wouldn't expect any complications either. It's a very simple process, I was 46 when I first went to the Czech Republic and got pregnant with twins, they are now 2 1/2 and I've just given birth at the ripe age of 50 to my last embryo from the same cycle, who is now 2 wks old. They whole cycle itself is very easy and as I said I really can't see any complications arising from doing a de cycle o/s. It's also very cheap, the clinic I went to was €4500 for a fresh de cycle, then you need a scan plus your meds which you can buy here (expensive) or the clinic can help you get them via a company like fertility2u at half the cost of here. Then it's just a case of sending required blood tests results over and depending on which clinic you choose, setting dates, preferences for donor etc, all up it cost me about $12000.00 and there was with a cheeky holiday in Greece and sightseeing in Prague as well

Hi indiaurora, we have been trying for 13 years now to get pregnant. The specialist thinks I may have high killer cells but at the end of the day she has no concrete proof. last year she managed to get me pregnant twice but I miscarried both times and got quite ill ending up in hospital. I would consider doing ivf with my specialist but not overseas as the doctors don't know my history. I guess at this stage in life and with limited funds we would like to try with a surrogate as it puts our odds up much higher for bringing home a baby.

@lthom1 there are immune dr's who can test you for high ni cells etc, there is a blood test you can do or a uterine biopsy that can be done. Also other factors like mthfr, factor v Leiden etc can be tested for and treated with an immune protocol, any overseas clinics ask for your history and the immune dr's work in with your treating clinics and OB's, there is a very good one in Sydney who treats ladies from all over Australia via ph consult etc.
