Default Ovulation Test Kit: positive or negative result?

ovulation.JPGOk, peed in a cup and tested it. Now my "test" line is split into two colours! Left side of line darker than "control" line, right side is a smidge lighter than control line! Help! I did these tests when ttc our first but can't remember a thing! Had ovulation estimated for 29th.

That looks positive to me. That said, last month I had tests that showed a second line but in person they weren't quite as strong as the control line. This month, it was immediately obvious the test line was stronger, it appeared straight away and then I got a constant smiley on the clear blue digital when last month I only saw flashing smileys. If you're unsure (and you can afford it - they're not cheap, I'd give the digitals a go. No room for interpretation there.

    Thank you!

The line appeared immediately and then became stronger over the 5 mins said to wait. We will have a quick baby making session anyway lol got both our mothers and my sister in the house, we'll manage somehow! Better safe than sorry 😂
