We didn't really do much as we are in qld on a holiday instead. But I did get some new gym clothes and my folks got me a voucher for a day spa which they do each year. Plus everyone contributed to my 40th bday present which is 10 nights in Fiji in may/June

Plus a couple of things from mum that are in another box already. There's a pair of PJs, pants and top and some wooden jewellery - necklace and bangles. I love my mum, but the top and jewellery are so not my style. I'll reserve judgement for the pants until I've tried them on, they might be very comfy for pregnancy. I don't think they're actual maternity clothes though so we'll see. Pjs look good for hospital. Not sure how I'm going to fit them in my drawer though, I have too many pjs as it is lol. The steam station is a joint present for DH and I from the ILs. The teddy is for baby from the ILs too. "The first thing for the nursery" as MIL said. Couldn't be bothered telling her that I've already been given stuff by mum and a friend. Not worth the disappointment. It's pretty soft and cuddly though!

I know, right! Not sold on the ice cream maker as I don't actually eat much ice cream/sorbet etc but I think it came as a bonus when DH bought the mixer.

Mum got me Snapfish style (make your own with personal photos) calendar and mug with pictures of the kidlets. A necklace with the tree of life in the middle and our names engraved on a ring around it. Dp gave me what he gives me for each and every occasion. Nothing. Sympathizing with you @Mamasupial

@Mamasupial and @HeavenBlue, do you mind if i ask why you DPs didn't get you anything? Was it financial constraints, laziness, agreed in advance, etc? Did you get them anything?

No pics but I got what I hinted at (I had a list of 'presents I would like').

DH got me a kindle and window steam cleaner.

MIL/FIL gave a movie voucher and promises of babysitting for DH and I (yay!!!!).

SIL and partner got me a herb garden in pots.
