    When I told my dad I was working on an assignment that was due that day, he questions me in a condescending tone with his head tilted to one side "you're STILL working on an assignment that's due TODAY!?"

    Yes, thanks Dad, I'm 34 years old, I don't need your not good enough guilt trip BS bringing me down.

    And that's just the start of the constant questioning about my parenting decisions and other decisions in my life that are always being openly questioned by my parents.

    Yes this is my mum and step father too! I feel so guilty about it but I love clean floors. When we went away last year they came in and cleaned my whole entire house top to bottom.
