Default PMS - what to do?

I have been really blessed in that I've made it to 35 without ever getting PMS. However since DD was born 7 months ago it's been horrible. I've been getting cramps, mouth ulcers. I feel nauseous and have digestive issues for a week. I also feel emotional and teary.

I hate this! How do I stop it please? I don't want to go on the pill again.

Have you talked to your Dr? It could just be your hormones settling as it can take a while, but ulcers aren't a usual symptom of PMS I don't think? I thought that was usually because you were run down?

I recently read a book about peri-menopause that had some great information about hormone balancing "What your doctor may not tell you about premenopause ". I bought it on kindle. I bought progesterone cream online and started taking vitamin B and magnesium supplement. I've only done this for one cycle so far, still had cramping but less mood swings
