DS and DH are on the header "helping Daddy make grain mummy. You can't come!"
I'm waiting at the Dr for an appointment since I'm on day 41 of my cycle and have had some prettt horrific cramps for the last 2-3 weeks.
Then off to battle the supermarket. Much easier without DS wanting to push the trolley!
Hopefully a quiet weekend before we gear up for next week!
What are you up to @LoveLivesHere ?

I'm waiting for my third load of washing of the morning to finish... I need to get off bubhub and go tidy the house so I can vacuum... Have a cat sitter coming this afternoon, haven't met her yet, but she's picking up the keys to our house, meeting our cat and I'll show her the food and everything, then off to a community event this evening..

I'm trying to psych myself up to go to the post office. It's going to cost me a fortune as I have 2 parcels to post interstate and I want them to arrive before Christmas, so express post it is. One of them I *should* be able to fit into a 5kg satchel, but the other is too big

Trying to cram so many household tasks into one day as have 20 family coming tomorrow for family xmas. Just did the present shopping dh is mowing, chopping down dead plants and generally trying to get the place looking good for tomorrow. Nervous laugh. 4 yr old is super clingy so its hard to do what we need to do. Got to start wrapping presents now. Lol.

Trying to do housework and cooking for last week at work. 5 year old DSS has decided that today is the perfect day to push every button his father and I have. DP is sick and has a short fuse as a result. Supermarket trip this morning was terrible.

But I have a delicious leg of lamb in the slow cooker, so hopefully dinner will save the day lol.

I did washing this morning, then grocery shopping with DS. Got home and quickly unpacked the groceries - thought I had time to get it done before it rained but nope! Rain beat me to it. I was super annoyed!

Now I've got DS at McDonalds for a late lunch before heading to the museum.

Tonight I'm watching Suicide Squad with DH and having a couple of ciders. I'm a bit over superhero style movies (they actually make me sleepy) but hopefully it'll be entertaining enough to hold my interest!

My mum is coming!! Can not wait to see her (remind me of this in about 3 days lol). So we've been to the markets, DH and DS2 are downstairs cleaning. I'm sitting upstairs in the rocker with DS3 asleep on me.
