Default Travel with a toddler - 1 or 2 bedrooms?

I think I'm going to have to be very strict and just let her cry if she keeps waking once we're home. She settles quicker/better when I'm not in the room anyway. I hate having her in bed with me, I'm doing it at the moment when she wakes so I get some rest but I don't sleep well when DD is in bed. I worry too much that she'll roll out or I'll squash her! I'm hopeful that being back in her room where it's familiar and more comfortable it'll be an easy transition back. I'll keep you posted

I thought it would take dd2 a little bit to settle back into things- naps were completely out the window and she was waking and feeding several times a night (I had to feed back to sleep on holidays it was the only way I could get her down in the portacot) but the first night back home she only woke twice and then was back to her usual routine and didn't fight her day naps
