Default 4.5 yr old keeps weeing pants even though toilet trained.

Any advice would be great, my son for the past week is having acccients (just wee) I ask him why, and he says his "thing" can't stop doing wee. Could it be an infection? Lazy? Fear? His been trained for over a year. Could be of hurt himself?
    It's gone beyond the joke.

I'd go rule out a UTI first.

If no UTI have you had recent changes? Starting school next year? Moving? Anything disruptive?

My daughter has chronic uti, wetting herself is her first sign!! While uti's are less common in boys I would still rule it out first!!
    Any new stresses? Attention?

Yeah my 5yo has a lot of issues. She had a UTI but after the antibiotics cleared it up she still wet herself ten times more than usual

My 4.5 DD has been doing the same thing, no UTI she's at kindy now and I think it's just so much is happening and she so focused on what's happening she doesn't listen to her body signals.
