Hi Jackie ☺ I don't have personal experience on this topic but my best friend had a mc in October and it took nearly 7 weeks for her AF to come back.

I hope your AF returns soon! X

    Jackie sorry for your mc.
My first MC in May 2016 was meant to be 7 weeks but measured 5ish sac and heartbeat but the was way behind and the heartbeat stop on 3rd scan ..had D&C and took 2 ish months before my period returned. Second MC in Oct 2016 no sac no hb so had D&C and period return straight away.

So depence on how far along you were and how long your body get back to normal.. everyone's different.

Goodluck hun it's hard but the only way us upwards and forward.

No idea.. this is my first time with vitex too.. I'm taking it today since it's my day 1 as I'm eager to get things starting.. (I lack patience in so many things).
On the packet doesn't say when to start thou.. just the dosage.

Yep, this happened to me - my dd2 is now 5! I went to chuck an 11dpo bfn out the next day and hubby spotted the line. I did another one the next day and it was definitely BFP, but still faint.

It doesn't matter when you start, as it may take a cycle or 2 to take effect anyway. I take mine all through my cycle, some only take it before O, others only after O. Do what works for you.

I finally got my basal thermometer! Is it ok if I'm only starting on day 3 of my cycle? Any secret tips or tricks?
