    Default Pool question

    Hi ladies

I know this sounds like a silly question, but is it safe to swim in an indoor heated pool while pregnant? It isnt hot like a spa.

    Thank you

Well I took DD to swimming lessons in the heated pool every week my whole pregnancy until 36 weeks (when I started to stress about waters breaking in the pool lol!). Plenty of other preggo mums at lessons too.
I think it's only hot tubs etc where it can raise your body temp too much you need to avoid.
    Have fun!
