We celebrate a European Christmas on Christmas Eve. It'll be at my in-laws house and we'll have a massive cooked dinner, then we open presents all together. We'll end up staying there the night. It actually is really convenient as we don't have to rush around on Christmas Day!

Hubby will be working til 11pm, so I assume I'll get the kids fed and off to bed and then wrap whatever presents are left to be wrapped, eat the cookies and milk and then go to bed once hubby gets home.

We will go to carols and mass at our church then I'll feed the kids something very unhealthy for dinner, leave something out for Santa, beg the kids to go to sleep and when they're finally asleep, really asleep, I'll let Santa know and he'll rock up with his presents and help me bring in my haul from the car as I hide all presents at Poppy's.

Inlaws will come to stay, cook something un complicated, drink and put things out for Santa. The inlaws will probably stay until day after Boxing Day. We don't do much more than eat, drink, watch tv and play games with DS!

Do a big roast dinner on Christmas eve night. The kids write a letter about some of their naughty behaviours they are trying to break and leave some healthy food out for St Nick.

This year they will be be going to their dad's after dinner and we are building a 16ft trampoline.

    Then bed.
