I just wanted to come in and give some feedback on my Spectra. I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and have started pumping colostrum. Yesterday was day 1 and I easily got 5ml in a 20 minute pumping session (2x5 minutes on each side). This morning I started the pump and got a drop of colostrum on the first "suck" of the pump. I'm just in awe of this pump!

I remember pumping about the same stage with DD, and my lactation consultant couldn't believe the amount I was getting... such a great pump!!

I would go for spectra, been using it and I can say that it is the best breast pump compare to medela swing.
