I emailed my FS today as the answering machine was on at her office. She's away for another two weeks! So have the nurses been calling her on holidays about my cycle? Anyway the secretary said she'd forward it to my FS's private email and I might hear back if she's got internet. So I might have to decide by myself whether to go ahead or not.
    So annoying!
I know everyone deserves a holiday but there should be somebody available to answer your questions.

For Her: Folic Acid (Megafol brand usually over the counter at the chemist) 1x5mg tab a day, Berroca 1x day (I substituted a Mega B capsule instead), Fish Oil 1000mg's a day, Zinc- 40mg's a day, Vitamin E 500mg's (1000iu) a day, Co-Enzyme Q10 600mg's a day , Low dose aspirin 100mg's a day, DHEA 3x25mg caps a day, Melatonin 1x5mg capsule at night. I also added Vit D as I was low in it and Fresh Royal Jelly (1/2tsp a day) but you could take it capsule form too.

For Him: Aloe Vera Juice 20mls at night, Zinc 40mg's, Pumpkin seeds >10 per day (I just gave the Ex 1 tbs of peppita's every day), Folic Acid 5mg's a day, Goji berries 1xtbs a day or 20 mls a day of Goji berry juice, Selenium 100mcg/day, Co-Q10 600mg's/day. I also had the Ex taking Cenovis for him once a day Multivitamin (that wasn't on Wazza's list, I added it in as an extra).

You can take all of these right up until EPU (except the DHEA, you have to decrease to 1 capsule a day from Day 2 of stimms until EPU). You also need a script for the DHEA/Melatonin here in Aus and have it made up at a Compounding Chemist.

Some of the Girls here on BH buy it online from o/seas online sites like iHerb which is reputable. I've bought other supplements from them myself (though not DHEA/Melatonin) with no issue. Unfortunately the Melatonin our Chemists sells here isn't strong enough as it's only a homeopathic blend so don't bother buying it Luv.
I took all of those except melatonin. I took 3 royal jelly capsules a day. I also took propolis and selenium once a day. Not sure about these ones but I read about them and was willing to try anything - alpha lipoic acid, inositol, l cartinine and l arginine.

All cycles have been antagonist. Have tried elonva, puregon, menopur gonalf and luveris. I'm not sure what my next cycle will be. I have to go back and go through everything with the doctor when we are ready to commit. Have not tried HGH. I may bring this up with the doctor. I meant to say I tried DHEA and that was my worst cycle ever. The DHEA had been prescribed by another doctor and I was too scared to mention it to my IVF doctor to see if that was the culprit or I was just due for an exceptionally s*** cycle.
@Wild Rose the first time I tried DHEA that cycle was my worst. I had nothing to transfer. I used it on the next cycle and got my best embryos and got pregnant with twins. It may or may not have been the DHEA as I also added more supplements and had assisted hatching, and froze and transferred at day 3.

I'm still hoping she does get back to me @Minniemin and @BlondeinBrisvegas. There isn't anyone else to ask really except the nurses and they don't really know all this kind of treatment details of course. Someone would cover my FS while away (to do my transfer as well!) but not to ask advice. It's a big issue I've had with this process- lack of direct contact with the FS.

    It's just not good enough.
I had the same issues with my FS.
Had an issue once when she was away (she was away a lot!) and the nurses went to another FS at Monash to assist and he said "I don't want to advise one of Dr V's patients without seeing her".
Read - pay the $200 consultation fee and I'll give you an answer.
Funnily enough, as soon as I went to SA I had a totally different experience- my Dr has been amazing - he's currently on holidays and sent me an email just yesterday. Sounds like Wazza is similar.
It's really disappointing when you are so financially and emotionally invested in their service.

In other news.. I have my scan today!
