    @Blossom74...
I've had a hectic/stressful/crap day. Just sat down with glass of wine and my iPad. Was thinking what could I possibly say to you tonight to cheer you up or bring some light to what must have been an even worse day for you.
    OMG!! OMG!! OMG!!!
I can't believe this news!!! So happy for you guys, I hope you're celebrating tonight. Maybe with ice cream or cake!!
Yay blossom, I've actually shed a few tears now thinking about you!

@Blossom74 - what a shock for you! We all assumed the worst including you. So nervewracking for you - you must have nearly fallen off the bed. It looks pretty promising with that heartbeat !

@Blossom74 - I can imagine your shock, how did your DH take the news? Its a good job they are going to keep a close eye on things from here, hope all goes well at next Fridays scan. How are you feeling today hun?
@Monty73 - Sounds like your dctr was very through hun which is great. Take some time out for yourself before your next cycle hun and then you will be ready to go at the end of January. I think that be my next cycle too depending on what is discussed at my next appointment with Warren.
Thanks for the info on the endo thinking of asking for a lap myself.
@Minniemin - Thanks hun yes bloody confusing I think I seem to have Warren at a loss too but glad I am with him and I wont just be filed in the too hard basket.
@BlondeinBrisvegas - Now that would be amazing hun if he comes back from the USA with more ideas I can only hope.
@Phia - Yes its awful hun isn't it when you put yourself through so much and still feel you are getting no where. Hope you get some answers at your next appointments x

Ok so after more reading it seems the progesterone injections are metabolised by the liver and my insulin resistance caused by pcos can effect that. Something else to ponder.

    Me too Luv!!!

So, is the insulin resistance perhaps the cause of the progesterone drama that you're having Luv???

I've read a study where they've used Metformin to treat leutal phase progesterone concentration even into pregnancy... It's a bit experimental but here's the link:

    http://www.scielo.br/pdf/bjmbr/v37n11/5379.pdf

I know it doesn't help now, but just wondering if that would be an option to help in the future with the progesterone issue as that may help with the insulin resistance which may in turn help with the keeping your P4 levels intact if you could keep doing Metformin treatment all the way through the 2Wtorture and beyond??

Am wondering if an Endocrinologist may also have some ideas r.e medications that might get some P4 production happening as well??? (that is if Wazza's out of ideas)

Thanks for all that info @BIB it is an interesting read and definately backs up what I was reading last night. Thanks hun your so considerate and such a honey for going above and beyond looking into this research.

I have been on metformin for 4 years not sure if it is gelping but all studies seem to point towards its benefits. My insulin resistance is also not clear though as on bt I have had in the past it seems to point to only borderline resistance but that could have got progressively worse since it was tested who knows.

Definately considering an endocrinologist for help just not sure if they will work alongside Warren with his drug regime. I know a lot of them are ivf specialists themselves but might be worth looking into.

    Thanks again hun xx

    Well.....

There are some things that could be considered pregnancy symptoms like the indigestion which is doing it's best to kill me, and insomnia, but I get both of those commonly anyway.

I am getting awfully tired after lunch time, which up until yesterday I put down to the fact that I was losing my pregnancy, but apparently not!

I get hot at night time - and not in a good way. And if I don't eat regularly I feel like ****e. Not nauseous per se, just 'off' and like my sugar levels are out of whack?

Just today I've been running to the bathroom often and with incredible urgency - so that's new!

And as always, I'm anxious, lol. Far out, I have to stay away from Dr Google!!!

But that's about it I reckon. Oh, and I'm wanting to live off bread and toast. Don't want vegies or salad which is unusual for me.

    That's about it!

Hubby is happy as Larry, helping out around the house and looking in on me. We were leaving the pub last night (a celebratory meal, not drinking, ha ha!) and he asked if I wanted help to get in the truck. I said "Hon, I'm 95kgs. What do you think you can do to help me?"
