Especially since well i have nothing to do but google. Grrr im not a bed rest person. This will test me but i will do anything and everything to keep this lo. X

So ladies what should i be eating. High protein. low sugar/ low carb. I have x2 cups of tea a day is this ok? Ive cut coffee. I have one cup of nescafe mocha every 4 days. Used to have 3 a day so im trying. I cant eat seafood. Unfortunately veges and salad which i used to live off make me almost throw up huh go figure. So fruit is ok. Nuts. Meat and omelets seem to be my favourite.

I agree with @Minniemin Luv...You're eating as well as you can under the circumstances Maybe try to get some more dairy into you if you can?? Could you stomach a smoothie or some yoghurt etc??

2 cups of tea is fine!!! Just stick to the recommended 200mg's a day max of caffeine for Preggo women and you'll be right!!

Am sure vegie's and salad will be back on the menu soon Luv. This food adversion stuff should only be temporary. If you're really concerned, go buy some Sustagen-type of stuff from the chemist to supplement your diet and have a glass or 2 of that a day(depending on how much you've been able to eat)

@infinity888 I'll try to upload. How do I do that? Anyone?
I do nutrition and wellness... And I'm a vegan. Which is so inconvenient when you're preg. So daily I have a vege protein shake, iron supplement, flaxseed for omega and calcium supplements. I have heaps of avocados - blend a cup of baby spinach with water and shoot that every day cos developing baby LOVES leafy greens. You could try this with a banana? It's yummy. Or Blend in with casserole or soup. Less overt sugars and more fruit for fibre. I am *trying to eat some beef or fish.
I have about 4 green teas a day still less than 100 caffeine and the odd almond flat white Every other day. But I'm going off it
On top of that I eat lots of normal food. Craving junky stuff and enjoying salty snacks.
    I'm hungry now.
