The bleeding is just so worr u ing cant get past it. Yes @LittleDove we have been extremely busy and definately pushed it a day around the zoo didn't help on Tuesday I don't think it was full on walking.

So far so good with pessaries and the back entrance so going to keep that up to prevent more irritation.

Warren has changed some meds up and in an email refered to bed rest this morning, the nurse didn't mention bed rest she said resting around the home and not lifting is that the same thing do you think?

Good luck @Popmeinqueue hope all goes well with your cycle everyone is different and reacts differently to doses but its usual to start low and build up.

Thanks @Rosie8888 I am still on 1/2 a valium 3 times a day and cyklokapron and I have reduced my clexane dose and stopped asprin. As for bed rest I am taking things easy, hard being over here in UK but also too important.

Since then I have had more bleeding though which I can describe as a gush, very worried but it does seem to happen after my pessaries. Waiting to ring Warren's rooms again for advice.
Omgoodneds honey 2!!! I know that feeling when you see them for the first time. I really hope the bleeding stops for you. Yes, rest as much as you can especially in these early days as i didn't and we all know how that that turned out. I'm so excited for you big hugs xx

How is everyone going? It's very quiet on this thread recently

Does anyone have any thoughts on Chinese medicine and acupuncture to help with Ivf? My FET got cancelled because my lining wasn't good though.... only 6.5 after 23 days of meds. Wondering if some alternative therapy would help!

Thanks @Chyna taking things slowly this end.
@LittleDove - so sorry to hear your FET got cancelled I always have difficulty with a liningin an FET which is one of the main reasons I did collections even when putting back frozen tested embies. On the few FET's I did do I would use a small amount of stimulation to help my estrogen along and would also use progynova vaginally I also added viagra on a couple of occasions. I have done acupuncture for the last 4/5 months but to be honest I am not sure it made any difference but it was relaxing. Hope you fond the answer for you hun before your next cycle will you wait a while before cycling again?

Hi @LittleDove - I can't comment on Chinese medicine and acupuncture at the same time as Ivf as I only tried them before starting on my ivf journey... but I have pcos and very infrequent natural periods, and after a few sessions of acupuncture I started getting short periods every two weeks- not ideal but it was obviously having some effect in that area. I know my cousin is also a Wazza patient and she always did acupuncture sessions around egg pick ups and transfers and she had two successful cycles that way.

    Thanks @Heyside and @softshellcrab.

I have got a whole load more drugs for my next cycle including the ones you mentioned Heyside. Hopefully it'll help. I have this guy feeling that FET's are just not our thing. My lining is always fine with fresh cycles. Not sure our embryos live being frozen either. I am going to go straight into another FET cycle @Heyside with all the new drugs so hopefully they will make the difference. If I get another BFN then we will do a fresh cycle with PGD and hopefully do a fresh transfer. I don't want to freeze any more embryos ideally.

Wazza and charlotte both said if it made me feel good then do acupuncture but that's the only reason why.
