@Heyside....So sorry to hear about your BFN....Best wishes with your upcoming procedures. Wishing you much babydust xoxo

@Btae...Thank you for the well wishes. Excited, but nervous. Stupid I know....but I keep googling the likelihood of miscarriage based on week by week of pregnancy. Today we are w7d1. DH says think positive. Maybe it's just IVF nerves. I know the odds improve as weeks go by...hoping all goes well as time goes by. Have put in the major scans and bts in my calendar and I think I will relax more as each one goes by. That said...enough about me... I am very happy for you and looking forward to hearing about your next blood test. Maybe getting thyroid blood test is a good idea. The nurse who I last saw said the thyroid is put under pressure when pregnant so I guess its good to test in case meds need adjusting. And she mentioned that if I were expecting twins this would double the load on the thyroid. So this may be relevant to you. Best wishes xoxo

Hi @Amandamoo...I would suggest if you are only 2 weeks off 3 months...I personally would just proceed with the cycle. I read that supplements have an effect from 30-90 days so you assume it what you have done will still have a significant impact. ....Up to you tho.

Regarding what supplements I am. The list I gather comes from a variety of sources, CCRM the American IVF clinic famous for treating women with DOR/Low AMH, Wazza and my own FS in Melbourne. The longer I did the supplements, the better my results got:
    1. COQ10 - 600mg (4x150mg - 2 morn, 2 lunch with food)
    2. Vitamin D - 2000IU (1 morn, 1 lunch with food) - Good to get Vit D levels tested, low Vitamin D reduces AMH which reduces success during IVF. See: http://aboutplanb.blogspot.com.au/20...revisited.html
    3. Vitamin E - 1000IU
    4. Vitamin C-1000mg
    5. 1 Low dose aspirin - 100mg
    6. 1000IU fish oil
    7. I- folate from Blackmores - combination of folate & iodine
    8. Caltrate 1 tablet - (Calcium) - As I have high NK cells I take Dexmethasone/Predisolone during my IVF cycles however I was told it can impact bone density if take over a long time so it is recommended to take calcium to offset this potential side effect (NK cells can be tested with a uterine biopsy - scratch on CD21 - the scratch will also improve implantation. I had one before each IVF cycle starting Cycle 2. See for more details: https://www.createhealth.org/news/20...-significantly
    9. Acai - Now brand (CCRM recommended) 1500mg - 3 times a day - ordered from IHerb
    10. Zinc - 50mg
    11. Berocca X1 per day
    12. ***DHEA - 75mg - 3 times a day - need script***
    13. ***1x 4mg melatonin - taken before sleep - need script***
    14. Fertility smoothy: Green Lemonade - taken each morning: http://www.fertileheart.com/fertilit...ertility-tips/
There's a really useful book called: It starts with an egg by Rebecca Fett that also gives some tips about improving Egg Quality. I think I bought it for about $15 online. Link below. I followed some of her suggestions like using a metal/glass water bottle instead of plastic (etc)

Sorry to hear about your BFN @Heyside. Even when we know the odds are low we still hold onto that hope it might happen an easier way. Wishing that 2017 brings you the BFP you've been waiting for xxx

@Heyside sorry about your bfn. Like other says, we still remain hopeful even the chance is low, and going through 2ww during Xmas is just not really fun. Now time to look forward and excited for you that Wazza is trying something different and investigate further. May 2017 be the years for us. Xoxo

@Etalanta you are 2w ahead of me...I am still trying to hold back until there are heartbeats. I went to GP for a tracking bt including tsh and gp was already asking me my choice of hospital and ob care which I was planning to only decide until hb is confirmed but he is rushing me lol!! Tomorrow I should know whether hcg doubled in 48 hours last week. Fx!

    When is your next scan?
