@Heyside that sounds like a very thorough approach. We had success with antagonist cycle (I have PCOS, poor quality eggs, & endo/aden- and DH has motility & morphology issues). Due to age/time I didn't have lap (did years ago), but we did do flush and scratch with Warren. Others have succeeded with IUI too (in the face of terrible odds), so let's hope that is you . It's great to hear you have a plan and are feeling more positive.

I fully believe that the flush and scratch did the trick for us. Best of luck!

Thanks everyone yes happy to have a new plan and tick all the boxes before moving on with another full IVF cycle and hopefully the antagonist cycle will make the difference too.

Does anyone remember which cycle days a scratch has to be done? Is it cycle say 18,19 and 20 as options?

@LittleDove if you are not doing a fresh transfer another option is to have the scratch/flush at EPU. Warren was keen for us to do FETs rather than fresh and this worked well as we did PGD.

We have 2 embryos on ice at the moment so we were planning to put one back early next year. I still want to do a scratch and flush but I'm not doing another stim cycle so I'll just have the scratch and flush on its own. Seems like a lot to have a general anastetic just for a quick scratch and flush though!

@LittleDove everyone is different but I just had my scratch & flush in warrens rooms and found it no more uncomfortable than a pap smear. I had lining issues and Warren thought this might help. Didn't really seem to raise my lining numbers- got a negative that FET cycle, but a positive on the one immediately after so it may have done the trick.
