Does anyone know if exercise will delay ovulation? I was due to O on the 10th, but the day before (the 9th) I started a massive 4 day hike. I mean massive! 10 hour days, steep elevation, in the hot sun. Not my normal! I wasn't using opks (obviously, it would have been awkward!) and didn't bd during the hike because we were both so tired. I haven't noticed ewcm, but since I have get any it's difficult for me to use it to track o. Could it be stopped the day before its meant to happen, or would it all be 'inevitable' that late in the cycle?
