    Smile Slushie machine?

Has anyone bought a slushie machine? Do you use it? Does it make yummy slushies? How much did it cost and where did you get it from?

We're considering getting one as we all LOVE slushies and it'd be handy for DD's forthcoming birthday party.

    Thank you

Not exactly a slushie machine, but I bought a machine from a breville (?) outlet for about $20 that grinds ice that can be used for slushies.

    We used it once.

Has been sitting under the house ever since.

I also got one of those cheap Breville ice shavers (before kids, thought I'd use it to make daquaris) and used it about twice. By the time you have enough ice for a drink the first ice you shaved has long melted. Highly not recommended.

DD has a slushy cup. It actually works but the cup needs to be well frozen first. So it won't suit catering a party but is great for summer.
