    Default Pre workout

I am looking into a pre workout supplement to increase my energy during sessions and am looking at Femme Zip as it's made for females and I have read pretty good reviews but before I order it I thought I would ask on Bubhub if anyone has tried it and did it help? if not does anyone have any other suggestions? Not isagenix eshots either please I got them once for DH and tried and it tasted that horrible it made me sick

Be careful with pre workout powders. My dp used to use them but stopped when his body went into shock and we ended up in the emergency ward. He only used it once a week and that was enough to scare the scrap out of him from stopping.

That is something that worries me which is why I am trying to research them a lot before buying but I need something since having the gastric sleeve I struggle with having energy despite being put on all the vitamin supplements

I have never used a pre work out as such.
I have in the past supplemented with carnitine pre work out. And glutamine and magnesium post.
But to be honest I find the best pre work out is a shot of espresso coffee!

I find it also depends when you eat last too! Have a good meal of carb/protein before hand!
    Good luck! X

I agree with trying a shot of coffee first. Pre workouts have insane amounts of caffeine.

Coffee shots yes. Very very strong I should of added that is what dp does now after the emergency dept. There is also research now that prolonged use of supplements can damage your liver

Will definitely do the shot of coffee then! How long before going to bootcamp should I have it?
