Hi all, I have just joined here to just chat, I fell preggers with my firat child earlier this year but unfortunately we lost bub in July (just on 14 weeks). I really want to be a mumma an give my partner his little girl. (Lol). He has two boys to a previous partner. I'm upset every month when I get a period. Am I over reacting? We are also in the marriage/wedding talking stage. We would like to be a family.

@Aunt31 welcome to BH! I'm so sorry for your loss, that's heartbreaking. Having a baby is so different for every woman and I understand the disappointment when AF (period) arrives another for another month.

Have you considered fertility assistance? There are many things you can do / it doesn't have to be IVF.

Clomid is a fertility drug that makes you ovulate more than one egg - and you do this with timed intercourse.

Have a chat to your doctor. You have many options ahead of you that will help bring home your baby.

Anyway there are plenty of TTC threads / join one / the women here are super supportive!

Thank you phia, it has been hard for both of us. And no I hadn't thought of fertility assistance, and I will talk to my doctor about that. Hadn't heard of it before.

My pleasure @Aunt31 I conceived my DD at 36 after three rounds of Clomid. She's almost three and a half. Baby dust to you
