    We have a fruit veg and butcher all in one and they sell local honey, if you take your own container they pour it for you from the big vat. It's so good.

    I don't use much honey, but it's usually Manuka, in whatever brand my budget can stretch to at the time.

    Try to find a local bee keeper. We don't eat much honey but I recently read a bit about how important it is to eat local honey if you have hay fever / allergies and the local pollen that has been processed by the bee can help somehow, I think by giving you a little bit can build up your immunity or something lol. Our local guy filters the honey through fine sieves to get rid of bee parts and any impurities, whereas many heat treat it which destroys the pollen. Supermarket honey from my understanding is super heat treated so doesn't really have health benefits.
