    Default IVF/FET Sept-Oct 2016 #2

@pops I've had 5 rounds clomid, all bfn, then fell naturally but no heartbeat, then three stims- 11, 11, 12, eggs collected from each round although only 2, 1, and I'm waiting for day 5 as had EPU on Saturday made it to blast. Had two transfers both bfn. - one was healthy PGD, the other untested. I'm on prednisolone and clexane for NKC and I just up my dosage to 15mg for prednisolone. If this transfer fails, I'm straight on to Dr M before any transfer of remaining blasts then I'm off to Greece/Cyprus on May for DE!

    How are you feeling hon?

@Phia it's interesting reading your experiences, I just did my first FET cycle being treated for NKC. We have PGS tested our embys. This cycle I was on 15mg prednisolone but no clexane. I got a BFP but the scan isn't looking promising, waiting until Wednesday to see what's happening.

If this is all over, then I am going to be asking about clexane (the bondi protocol) and intralipids. DH doesn't want me to make an appointment with Dr M until FS has had a chance to solve it. We have gone for the less is more in terms of meds the whole way through but unfortunately 3 BFPs this year and possibly no take home baby. The whole auto immune thing is just something I never thought of!

Good luck with everything, I will be interested to hear what you find out.

Wow! This is just something I have never thought of! Thank you so much for your feedback.

I think I will chat with fs, see what he says and then maybe give dr m a call.

I thought this pgs testing was the way to go but now I am thinking I wonder if it is something to do with my body instead! Especially if a few of you have used pgs tested embryos and they still havnt worked ! I hate this process!

I'm ok at the moment.. staying with my parents for a couple of weeks so catching up with some old friends and then heading south for a girls trip. I think it will be when I get home that I'll feel really down again. Heading to Cambodia and Laos for a holiday in Jan so hopefully by feb we have a plan and have fix any problems in the meantime.

Thank you again for your help x

Sorry to hear that @MaybeBabyIVF, hope those two lines are coming soon.
@pops- re PGS did you do ICSI? You can only do PGS on ICSI'd embryos. I think the tests for immune issues are quite easy to do so maybe think about both? See what your FS thinks.

That's good! What clinic do you go to? Some FS are more accepting of immune issues to implantation than others, I asked my FS what tests to do if my PGS blast doesn't take and she said none!
